I am a Site Project Manager  with CSCS Gold card and SMSTS . I have done 3 years diploma in civil Engineering which is comparable to UK Btech National diploma certified by ECCITS UK . Now I am planning to get CSCS black card after getting the job.

My most recent work as a Site Project Manager for Mere Real Estate Ltd. has required me to oversee daily operations and direct all site personnel, including subcontractors and suppliers. Special projects have included managing the construction of four

residential buildings projects at different locations, while also completing two major tenant improvement projects at two separate sites for extension of them. These projects have been completed on schedule and within budget.

I was dealing with architects, structural engineers for any discrepancy in drawings. I helped in company head office for pre- planning application of further next projects and made schedule in MS project for all ongoing projects in the company.

Site management, material estimation and procurement, setting out, quality assurance health and safety procedure adaptation with documentations like site inductions, RAMs, CDM etc., Invoice verification for sub-contractors, deal with utility services companies for installation of services within time, site inspections and approvals from inspectors and warranty providers as per NHBC, Weekly and monthly progress reports, cash flow statements etc. are my main job responsibilities.

In addition to my experience as a Sen. Project Engineer in my home country, I am also skilled in writing and enforcing safety and health protocols. While working as a Safety Coordinator as well at Janta Land promoters Ltd. Mohali, I developed and delivered

training programs that potentially saved our company tens of thousands of dollars in fines due to my enforcement of strict safety practices. During my tenure of about 9 years in that company, I finished about 12 nos’ of RCC structural G+17 Storey clusters

from foundation to possession about 600 flats successfully. Achievements include:

•  Successfully handed over 2 new built dwelling units in Basingstoke ,4 new built houses in Farnborough, 1 house extension in reading,1 extension in Farnborough, 3 flats internal finish in fleet, 3 new built houses structural work completion in New

Malden.

•  Used all balanced material from last projects which was lying from last couple of years as a dump in company yard for new sites with consent and approval got by architect and structural engineer and reduced the budget.
