We’re supporting a successful and long-established security systems specialist in their search for a BIM Coordinator.

They focus on enterprise-level security systems and mission-critical infrastructure design solutions for blue-chip clients.

This position is primarily remote with some site visits (initially London, with accommodation and expenses paid if required).

Candidate Requirements:

Residing in the UK
Holds a degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a Design related discipline.
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar role, particularly in the security systems or M&E sectors (electrical bias).
Strong proficiency in Revit and related tools, including Navisworks; experienced in clash detection
processes.
Revit-based modelling experience.
Track record of leading the development, review, and implementation of BIM.
Proactive and solutions-oriented in daily tasks.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external project teams.
Adept at fostering strong professional relationships across all organisational levels
Execution Plans Oversees quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes for assigned projects.
Strong organisational and communication capabilities.
Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
Effective both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
