This is a site-based role.
The project is a low-rise development comprising residential apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full commercial responsibility for project
Procure subcontract packages and manage tender processes
Manage cost reporting and forecasting
Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts
Ensure contractual compliance and risk management
Liaise with internal delivery teams, consultants, and client
Chair commercial meetings and provide regular financial updates to senior management
Mentor junior surveyors on the project
