We’re working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a £20m new build RC frame residential project based in Slough.
This is a No.2 site-based role, reporting to the Project Manager, with responsibility for managing an Assistant Site Manager and taking the lead on internal packages. While this position supports the overall delivery of the scheme, it presents a clear path to running your own site as No.1 Site Manager on future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
Manage internal fit-out stages across multiple apartment units
Supervise and mentor the Assistant Site Manager
Ensure H&S, quality, and programme compliance
Coordinate trades and subcontractors on-site
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring all team members are trained adequately in safety procedures.
